Bill Graham was very rude I did a few years of taxes with them when i got my assessment from the cra I called them and asked why they did taxes for years I already done was a huge argument the old man even threaten me over the phone " I hope I see you outside" cause he was getting frustrated because he didn't know why they did that. I still haven't heard anything about the 2 years of taxes they filed or got an assessment from the cra but they charged me for it .
