The staff at the reception area was exceptionally friendly and pleasant. Todd, one of the tax professionals, was highly intelligent, quick-witted, and warm. They efficiently completed the entire tax process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking a quick, well-executed, and friendly tax service with knowledgeable staff.
Bill Graham was very rude I did a few years of taxes with them when i got my assessment from the cra I called them and asked why they did taxes for years I already done was a huge argument the old man even threaten me over the phone " I hope I see you outside" cause he was getting frustrated because he didn't know why they did that. My boyfriend had a terrible experience here with doing tax returns. After speaking to the manager over the phone, he became threatening when asked general questions about our tax returns.
