Crooks. Their "Upfront Pricing Policy" doesn't exist, we were told AFTER everything was submitted it would be $125+ tax per tax return (3 returns at the same time). Not to mention their "tax expert" may have said 20 words the entire appointment, and asked next to no questions. Save your money and do them yourself at home, many sites offer similar autofill programs for much cheaper. Will not be returning and would not suggest using.
I luv dealing with the team at Wallaceburg H&R Block, especially Cindy. I described a complicated situation, buying and selling a house. She simplified it for me, and eleiviated any tax concerns that I had, with one phone call. I am very appreciative of her expertise. And that they are open reliably every Tues/Thurs through the year.
