Won’t be going back after the garbage service this year. Receptionist, Judy, tried to tell me that they can’t accept photos in emails and that they had to be pdf and as an attachment - not in the body. What nonsense is this. Never had to do that prior. We have been coming here a few years. Never have I had such poor service until this year. First was told my taxes would be $356, which was absurd for 2 years of basic income tax, and I couldn't afford that at the time and came back when I could pay, the bill changed to $400. First told that it's 169.99 / year. Not that there was any limitation or expiry. Then it changed to 189.99 / year. "nothing we can do." Not to mention when I came in to sign for them it took the 45 mins and 3 phone calls just to find them.
The service is great. But totally shocked at a $369 charge, for a basic personal return.
Spent 9 minutes on hold to book an appointment for my personal taxes, they had 0 availability, why not just say that from the start rather then wasting someone's time? Completely unprofessional in my opinion.
