Lady put the entire wrong Month/Day for my day of birth now my tax return is delayed 2 weeks good thing I contacted CRA otherwise be waiting for who knows how long. Top it off it was a basic return. Feel as if she just put the wrong date of birth on purpose as this has NEVER happened. 0 stars so unprofessional. She messed up my taxes terribly which CRA corrected and I’ll be getting extra 1400 on top of my original refund that she messed up on
So I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I dropped off my taxes to be filed on April 28th, 2025. I called on the 30th to ask about their status, and was told that no one had started on them yet, and that they might get to them that day, but probably wouldn't. I gave them a few more days, and then reached out again to try to check on the status of my taxes.
