I was extremely pleased with the Grant Park location!
This year I dealt with Olivia at the front desk and Sarah did my taxes. Both were very helpful with anything I needed and made the tax process very easy on me. Great service overall
This is a very frustrating experience, trying to get stuff done at this location. The fellow who answers the phone does not know anything except telling you to come in. We tried to get to talk to the person that was doing our taxes and this guy can’t speak or understand English properly.
Horrible experience , the woman who was helping me was barely understandable and then she told me i have to pay 1.4k back in taxes when i asked how come i already pay over 20% off of my paycheck and im in the lowest income group she couldnt explain to me exactly how i still owe and why . I felt off and went to a private accountant instead . She asked me questions about my life and what my expenses are and i ended up getting tax return ! I saved myself 1400 dollars by not going through with that office.
Been doing my taxes with Larry through their on-line portal since Covid started. Works well and great service. I’ll be back next year.
