Booked an appointment on monday april 21st. When I arrived the lady in the front counter said only a certain person can do my taxes. Leave it here and it will be done the next day. I called back Tuesday, and they stated they were still working on it. I called back again today, Wednesday and it's still not done! I questioned the lady who answered the phone. They became rude and unprofessional. I will not go back there again! STAY AWAY!!! UPDATE! They said "the owner will respond shortly". THEY DID NOT!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Really upset I use to go to tax liberty and the last few years used HNR block. We'll this year my refund was extremely low compared to every year. Time goes by I had to call them to see if something was done wrong. Lady on the phone was amazing she looked in my file and the guy that was new literally put zero for what I've paid in taxes!! Than I'm told sorry you need to wait 2 months before we can do a reassessment as cra won't catch the reassessment and will just linger . They made me make an apointment instead of droping off. I got into the room with the agent and we were inturupted by the woman from the counter telling my agent she needs to finish the work for the previous customer..... now im sitting in this rediculasly hot room with the agent doing someone elses taxes in front of me. This is terible service and inapropriate to do somwone elses confidential wark in front of me. Not to mention this is my time that is now being wasted.
