Had my taxes done April 20th this year, was told I’d owe money for 2021, but the amount I was told was wrong. Was told I would get a small refund for 2022, but apparently I owe money? Brought my lease agreement to claim my rent, but didn’t ever get it back with my tax information, so I just don’t have a lease agreement now for my apartment. I will NEVER be using your service ever again.

The accountant I used was a nice person.. but the management who charge $170 for simple single person taxes? Way to motivate everyone to do their own taxes. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Shows walk-ins accepted on door, says you can go in office on the website to get your taxes done but when I went into the office I got turned away saying I have to file it online first. Wasn't even anybody in there
