This is the 5th year I've gone to this H&R Block location. The staff and their manager, Candace, always provide excellent service. This year's experience was no different, and Alex (my tax preparer) was friendly, courteous, thorough and professional. Both he and Candace were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you H&R Block for yet another terrific customer experience!
Went in to do my taxes today...and had an amazing time! Not the review I thought I would be leaving for a tax place but here we are. I unfortunately did not get the woman at the fronts name but she was very friendly and accommodating. The man who did my taxes his name was Alex he was efficient, knowledgeable and very funny.
Had a great experience at H&R Block. The manager and the tax professional were both excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and provided high-level customer service throughout the entire process. They made everything clear and easy, answered all my questions, and made the experience stress-free. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional tax help.
