Terrible Experience – Avoid H&R Block I would give a 0 star if I could. I paid $800 for a basic tax return, and they completely botched it. They failed to submit my World Income Statement, leaving me to deal with CRA letters and missed Carbon Tax Rebate and GST/HSTC. Catherine, the tax specialist, was amazing, friendly and courteous but the receptionist named Susan felt like she was done with life fr.
My experience at this location was amazing!! The receptionist, Susan, was so helpful with suggestions and alternatives when I didn't have actual physical photo ID due to my wallet being stollen and Buddy, the tax pro, was super quick and efficient; I will definitely be going back to this office next year.
One of the worst customer service, so rude
I got my 2025 taxes done from H&R Block the money orders they used for the instant return bounced that left my account overdrawn now I got to pay bank fees and if anything goes in my bank it will go towards the overdraft because of the bad money orders I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN
