My experience at this location was amazing!! The receptionist, Susan, was so helpful with suggestions and alternatives when I didn't have actual physical photo ID due to my wallet being stollen and Buddy, the tax pro, was super quick and efficient; I will definitely be going back to this office next year.
One of the worst customer service, so rude
I got my 2025 taxes done from H&R Block the money orders they used for the instant return bounced that left my account overdrawn now I got to pay bank fees and if anything goes in my bank it will go towards the overdraft because of the bad money orders I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN
Would give zero stars if possible. Partner was supposed to have instant return yet the money orders bounced. notified H&R block and getting nowhere. He was told this has happened to some other people as well yet days later there is still no resolution. I contacted the 1-800 number to have a rude agent disregard and then hang up on me. If I could rate this place a lower than one star I would add the staff there are 100 percent unprofessional, not truthful and will NOT timely correct mistakes that they make. They make a mistake and tell you it will be corrected asap, then it turns into three days that they'll correct it and 2 weeks later nothing has been corrected. You try to call and they hang up on you. I will be contacting the news media to investigate!
