This branch has been very professional and kind. I left a branch that was not but I am glad I gave HR Block another try. Sometimes its the location not the people. I will come back to this branch next year.
I have dealt with H&R for income tax since being married. Every year it was done correctly and than last year when filing income tax for 2023 your staff decided to put my maiden name down on income tax and than getting the refund was done on a prepaid gift card. That was 2 frustrating, upsetting, dumb stupid moves done by this company so this year my husband and I filed with a different company. Great customer service at the central 18th street location and awesome tax pro that was quick and got me a great tax return. all staff were friendly and helpful
Fantastic experience. The staff know what they are doing and I felt like a priority. Will go to this location next year for taxes for sure.
Fiance and I got our taxes done here this past year. Absolutely awful experience. 1 hour wait (Even though we had an appointment) Tax lady told us we weren't allowed to claim rent. Lastly made my fiance do a tax year from when she was back in highschool and charged us the normal rate for it even though SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN HIGHSCHOOL back then????????? So many questions, so few answers. Agreed with the other comments though 1 star is generous.
