Great Experience, efficient and fair.
Had a tax appointment for March 2025. They did everything like always and we went about our lives. Fast forward to October 2025 and we get a paper in the mail saying we owe. Didn't make any sense. Went to another tax place and had them look into it. Despite the appointment being in March, they did not file our taxes until the end of June 2025. This branch has been very professional and kind. I left a branch that was not but I am glad I gave HR Block another try. Sometimes its the location not the people. I will come back to this branch next year.
I have dealt with H&R for income tax since being married. Every year it was done correctly and than last year when filing income tax for 2023 your staff decided to put my maiden name down on income tax and than getting the refund was done on a prepaid gift card. That was 2 frustrating, upsetting, dumb stupid moves done by this company so this year my husband and I filed with a different company.
