Let's be clear the women who actually filed my taxes was amazing very nice and explained everything to me, however the women who was at reception was not professional or welcoming, she looked very disorganized. When I was ready to pay she kept taking other people's calls and filling out there whole application over the phone while I stood there wouldn't you think that she would put them on hold so I could just pay? As much as I want to give the guy who did my Taxes 5 stars, I have to give HR block less than 1. I felt so thrown off by the way I was treated that I had to call their corporate line IN their office. I walked in early in the morning (around 10:40), asked if they had time and they said yes. I waited almost 2 HOURS and was told the person with the 12PM appointment would be seen first. I lost it. Even the 12pm guy was like no see her first. If you tell your customers you have time for a walk-in, don't make them wait for hours. ... read more

It was fast last year n the guy was very polite. Got everything I needed. And within a couple hours walking out . With a nice cheque. Be back again this year. Forsure
