I went in to get my taxes filed. My appointment was at noon but they where able to get me in early. The front desk receptionist Trudy was bright and cheerful making the environment welcoming. My tax expert got my filing done in no time flat, even explaining how with my income change my return amount changed with it. At the end of my visit I was offered the 3yr protection plan for if the Government decides to audit me and how they would handle it on my behalf and it was only an additional $15 to my payment for filing. The inconvenience of having someone else do your taxes for you might be worth having instant access to your $$. For me, I found it much less of a hassle to take my papers home and do it myself.
Reception was prompt and courteous. Tax pro was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us advice. Would highly recommend this location.
