My partner and I are musicians and our taxes are often complicated to do. Other accountants have struggled to file my taxes due to their complexity and as a result I got audited. Did my taxes myself & made a huge mistake. Was unable to fix it myself. Went to this branch( only one still open) for help. Jeff Donnelly recognized the problem & was able to correct it. Big Thanks to Jeff for his calm & reassuring help.
Horrible service! Went here 3 times and each time they told me something different and couldn’t file my taxes, and then proceeded to argue with me after going back the 3rd time after doing what they told me to and not being able to file. Waste of time. (With that being said, the only person who was nice and knew what they were doing was the guy at the front desk)
They have too much ice there and they dont care if customers get hurt there
