Horrendous service. I had Anita do my taxes. I opted for the instant refund for my tax return and was told I would get a cheque which I agreed to. Left the building after my taxes were finished and realized they gave me a MasterCard which all of my money was put on. I went back into the building to tell them that I did not agree to a MasterCard and that Anita told me I'd be receiving a cheque today. The worst place ever. They made a huge mistake on my taxes and aren’t doing anything about it. All the guy did was argue with me when I was just trying to explain the situation. I asked for a manager to call me back and am still waiting.
