In april we drop off our taxes at roblin. Waited for call, came in and asked about our taxes. They said it will be done. Last day, I went in to ask about our taxes and they said we were first in line , I seen our file in front. No call. We got transferred to McPhillips h&r. Called, guy said they couldn't find it, we have to go down and restart the process. May 17th was that day. I've called other h&r block to see if they could help maybe some how transferred there? Horrendous service. I had Anita do my taxes. I opted for the instant refund for my tax return and was told I would get a cheque which I agreed to. Left the building after my taxes were finished and realized they gave me a MasterCard which all of my money was put on. I went back into the building to tell them that I did not agree to a MasterCard and that Anita told me I'd be receiving a cheque today. It was our first experience filing taxes with H & R block Mrs. Anita. She is having good knowledge. She was so helpful in clarifying all the details about tax return and tried her best to get the best possible return for us. Thanks so much Anita.
The worst place ever. They made a huge mistake on my taxes and aren’t doing anything about it. All the guy did was argue with me when I was just trying to explain the situation. I asked for a manager to call me back and am still waiting.
Great customer service by Anita. She was very helpful.
