Did my taxes myself & made a huge mistake. Was unable to fix it myself. Went to this branch( only one still open) for help. Jeff Donnelly recognized the problem & was able to correct it. Big Thanks to Jeff for his calm & reassuring help.
Horrible service! Went here 3 times and each time they told me something different and couldn’t file my taxes, and then proceeded to argue with me after going back the 3rd time after doing what they told me to and not being able to file. Waste of time. (With that being said, the only person who was nice and knew what they were doing was the guy at the front desk)
They have too much ice there and they dont care if customers get hurt there
A huge shout out, they ammodated me, were friendly, the pricing is upfront, so for anyone complains about that, what I can say is. Is worth it. Taxes feels kinda like going to the dentist. Of course not liked too much. But then it's done, it's done. I highly recommend H & R Block, and in this office in particular, was a good sense of humour. That helps. Thank you to them.
got my taxes done 2 weeks ago, wasnt done properly, missed a few things which CRA correct and showed my proper tax return other than the one h&r did, so no im waiting for the rest of my refund thats owed. honestly wouldn't recommend going back next tax year.
