I chose to file remotely where I got to work with Larry Draho who prepared my returns. It was a positive experience all around. Work was done quickly; all communication was detailed and timely. I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years, and the manager has always handled any issues or concerns professionally and efficiently, which I’ve really appreciated. Rude receptionist literally told me not to come because it might get busy. Lol how does that make sense?
Do not go there please!! Ridiculous went 3 days ago for cash back ,still don't have it,still issues with card,still waiting after 4 days and waiting total of 8hrs ,still waiting to get a working card.they didn't even waiver fees because of all this trouble,receptionist is clearly not professional. Disappointed as we still waiting for instant refund card ,that was to be done 3 days ago🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯never again we go there EVER!!!!!!!!
