Highly professional tax refund expertise and services, pretty expensive too. But good services, don’t come cheap.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I called in to ask if I could do my taxes and the man who answered seemed very irritated with my simple question. He was beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. I said we would be filing taxes for multiple people and he said he would put me on hold. He ended up just hanging up the phone on me. Horrible service and rude, entitled, disgusting staff.
I chose to file remotely where I got to work with Larry Draho who prepared my returns. It was a positive experience all around. Work was done quickly; all communication was detailed and timely. I feel confident that the work done meets all the requirements for disclosure and accuracy. I'm hoping to work with Larry again soon.
