I booked an appointment online as was contacted by the office to see if my appointment would take longer than 30 minutes they allotted. I was told I could only keep my appointment if I had calculated all my expenses correctly so they wouldn’t have to do any of that work during the appointment. Well, I was charged an additional $50 because they had to submit my expenses (the ones that I did all the calculations that a tax professional should be helping with).
