I should have known that it wasn’t going to end well, after making my appointment.I was waiting for a call about my taxes being done, the call never came. I phoned 3 days later only to find out they couldn’t find my papers, eventually they did. Not only they charged me too much but it was wrong, CRA reviewed it and found a $1299 credit I was owed. Never going back!
H&R was very helpful friendly professional
