I would like to clarify my recent comment on an experience. Shana filled my tax’s, she deserves 5 stars, much later me not knowing she is not full time at the Elgin location tried to contact her through the app, that not working, i over weeks called the Elgin office no answer but got a carriers message saying a message couldn’t be left with customer, The inability to contact the management of the office resulted in my earlier negative comment. My Issues now resolved.
Fast and efficient and sherry is so nice! And such a down to earth person to talk to .
