Most incompetent place I've been too. 3 people and not a one knows what's going on.left my tax items with them week ago. Heard nothing. Sent message. Asked questions like they worked on it. Heard nothing till I called 2 hrs before closing on yax day. One person said thay filed an extension. I asked why. Man got on and said sorry for the confusion but nothing done. The owner needs to be in this place.
First time going to them, they made a careless mistake which cost me almost $2000. Will not be going back.
I would like to clarify my recent comment on an experience. Shana filled my tax’s, she deserves 5 stars, much later me not knowing she is not full time at the Elgin location tried to contact her through the app, that not working, i over weeks called the Elgin office no answer but got a carriers message saying a message couldn’t be left with customer, The inability to contact the management of the office resulted in my earlier negative comment. My Issues now resolved.
Fast and efficient and sherry is so nice! And such a down to earth person to talk to .
