I'm glad I called to consult with someone before giving them my time and money. The women I spoke to on may 13th was so rude and condescending. Talking to her was so unpleasant I didn't even bother to ask any other questions. I take it to turbo tax. Not everyone is meant to work with the public...
My first and last experience with H&R Block. I had Sadia Sattar (a Senior Analyst) as my tax agent, despite making an appointment with someone else, no explanation as to why. Communication consistency was poor, and when I had questions through the portal, they weren't answered. She also missed a deduction I was eligible for. A third of my tax return was taken for some of the worst service I've received. Save your money and go elsewhere.
