This is by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had!!! If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. I just called to ask about the tax course and mentioned I was having trouble accessing my account. A lady answered the phone, and before I could even finish explaining my issue, she rudely interrupted me and told me to call the “Tax Academy.” She then claimed their branch office had nothing to do with the Tax Academy.
