Just an amazing all around experience
Did my taxes this year with Maria. Don’t get me wrong, super super nice lady. My issue is that after tax season was over I received letters from the IRS about some forms being done wrong, Maria helped me do one thing, after that I had more questions about some more letters I received that were worrying me, she stated “I am contracted, and my contract ended already so if you need help you can contact a different office”. I feel like if they messed up, they should follow through and make sure everything is done right. Anyways ... read more
Horrible place to go ! Customer service cero ! . They like to humiliate people ! Charge super expensive for regular taxes ! Don’t go there !
Very bad customer service, avoid going into this office! There are many more in the area, the treatment they gave us was terrible again don’t go here!!! I put one start because you can’t put none
