Dreadful Experience with H&R Block My encounter with H&R Block, especially tax analyst Rejieli (Rachel) Keroack, was utterly dreadful. Not only was communication abysmal and errors rampant, but Rejieli's rudeness, lack of awareness, and unpleasant odor made the experience truly unbearable.
