It’s always something with them please do not go here. Everyone that came in had errors filled on their taxes and it was just a mess. They are not professional and will try to charge the most money for the smallest amount of work. Everything is a charge with them, oh you have investments they will charge you, just got sick of it this year! On WEALTHSIMPLE you can file your taxes for FREE. No wonder AI will soon be taking their job, you just can’t get decent services these days.
Terrible. Do not go here. If you have simple tax returns, save yourself the headache and use a free or cheap online option. Unorganized and border line incompetent. Once and never again.
We had our taxes done here and the experience was warm and awesome. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would like to thank Fithawit for the detailed explanation on our tax documents and for answering all our questions patiently. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
