Overpriced fees for incomplete service. I usually prepare for my return by myself, but tried their service for the first time. The person who assigned to me lied about an additional filing I specifically asked her in advance. If she did not know about it, she should have said so I had not asked her. And you will find out all these issues after you paid; otherwise you cannot review your return. Just a rip off for such bad service.
