Did 2 years of taxes done wrong. They don’t call you back if there are issues. Just ignore you. Go somewhere else
Asked for consultation and audit of my filing, instead they did 2 years of filing. I gave a stop work notice and they continued working. Poor communication, bait and switch money maker. Did not provide final comparison nor ID any problems. RESPONSE TO REPLY: I called that toll free number, left a message, and no follow-up after several days. Just as expected. Attention to detail in answering my questions accurately- I am always willing to pay for my consultation and tax planning because I do not like surprises at the end of year.
