I went in and had my taxes done for 4 years at once 2017-20. Was told on the phone I was not getting a refund and told I had to pay all four years cash... so I did, I picked up my returns in one envelope got home and looked at them and realized I should have gotten a $600+ return which would have covered the money for my taxes which was supposed to happen according to them when I phoned and made the appointment 2017 return had a refund over $600. 2018 -20 refund was taken because I owed the government.
