Worst customer service you can ask for is some miserable old lady who questions you about your documents only to tell you she doesn't do taxes and also that I should go somewhere else without offering a booking for reservation. Terrible service from a terribly rude individual who doesn't know proper etiquette when dealing with a customer. I am happily taking my business somewhere else. Don't bother going here as they are booked forever and won't offer you help.
I have been taking my taxes here for over 10 yrs, this year the person doing my taxes truly messed things up, on top of that I could not understand a word he was saying most of the time. The manager apologized and stated there is a new "system" in place. I went to pick up my return which is priced very high, the female at the counter couldn't understand a word of English. I had to write down my name, she then tried to "up sell" me on some rediculous "piece of mind" scam. This didn't help, as we had to get another employee to... read more
