Absolutely unprofessional women working in this office. Personal taxes should take a normal person an hour or two not two weeks to complete. When someone has questions about anything people normally try and call you maybe leave a message but these broads ohhhhh no it can't be answered over the phone you have to go all the way into the office to be asked questions that could be answered by oh I don't know, by looking at my taxes.
