You disgust me .you were going to charge a 76 year old 169.00 dollars for taxes with 2 t4s .glad we found out before she paid and directed her to the free government site to do them .free ,yes she did them for free
The ladies have been doing my taxes for about 10 years now. Never a problem. Cheryl runs a well oiled machine. Can't believe the fools comment about "not offered a seat". Open you're complaining eyes and you will see several chairs right beside you when you walk in. It would be my guess, that you complain every time you walk out the door
Last time I go to this location. I'm from bc. Everytime I went to H&R there, their cx service was ALWAYS on point. I was never talked down to or judged based on my appearance or career. First time I came here I was talked down to with 0 bedside mannerism. I gave them a second chance, same issue. The older woman with short hair asks me how she can help (she was dealing with other cx) I told her I was there for an apt. She doesn't offer me a seat, simply tells me to wait.
