Pretty upset with this place, 3rd year going and will be my last. One of the ladies was rude at drop off and pick up. Spent $180 on my taxes and $129 on my Fiancé’s taxes. A bit costly for me
I am extremely upset with the terrible service I received here! The front desk ladies were exceedingly rude on the three separate occasions that I visited the office to file my return. The first time, for my initial appointment, they were loudly berating an older woman with dementia about signing some documents. Then, as I filed my return, I was told I needed additional documents, so I went to leave and retrieve them, and when I asked if I needed to pay now, I was snapped at by the clerk! “Did he bring me your documents??
