I made an appointment for 10am at the carlsbad Monroe office. We got there 5 minutes early and as I was talking to the front desk, I was informed that a no show walked in and took my 10am spot. So then me, as a new customer was asked if I could come back at 2pm….. very unprofessional, they lost out on a new customer who wont be referring others.
