The receptionist Sheryl comes across as extremely rude, and has a very demanding tone when speaking to customers. She’s not friendly or welcoming, cuts people off and isn’t helpful. She’s seems extremely overwhelmed with her job. The accountants who complete the taxes are nice and helpful, but the receptionist is the first and last person you see…she really needs to learn some basic customer service skills. It creates a very uninviting environment, awkward tension, and makes getting your taxes done more annoying of a process... read more
