Junko made things very easy and straightforward. She went out of her way when there was a minor delay in processing. We’ve been going there for 6 years and it’s always great.
Awful experience. I went into this H&R Block to do my taxes by myself for the first time, as I just turned 19. The lady “helping” me was rude and didn’t care to explain anything. She told me it would cost over $250 to do my taxes—I was fine paying that, but when I asked why it was so expensive, she mumbled and didn’t even explain.
