Poor communication, unable to find hard copies, payment machine didn’t take Mastercard, receptionist didn’t have passwords to fix it, higher fees than an accountant for filing T4’s. Do not recommend.
I had a really wonderful experience with H&R Block Okotoks, through the help of SHERYL JANZEN. She was very helpful, sincere and very pleasant. When i came to the office to sign the final documents, she even went out of her office to see me and thank me for choosing the service of their company. Thank you :) I really appreciate it :)

Do not do your taxes at this location. They messed up my taxes & my daughter's taxes!!! My daughter now owes the government $1700 for an error they did and I owe the government $1100 for an error they did!!! And add insult to injury we both had to pay $136 each for their unqualified services!! After they assessed the errors, and they ADMIT it was their mistake, they said because we didn't apply the "piece of mind" agreement for an extra fee, there is nothing they can do. 0 stars for the Front desk girl, she is awful. Has no idea what she’s doing and has no answers to our questions. Honestly, she’s rude and should learn what customer care/service entails. 5 stars for The lady who did my taxes (Jane), she was amazing. She thoroughly explained everything to me and was super fast :)
