Called to discuss having my taxes done and the woman on the phone was very miserable. I get it that they are busy during tax season but the least you could do is have a good attitude towards a possible client. I’ll take my business to someone that cares.
H & R in Okotoks was outstanding with my taxes. It was a complicated personal return this year. I was nicely greeted when I came in & Cheryl (tax preparer) was kind & patient. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge & doing your very best for me!
What a terrible experience with Cheryl. I had some questions about my tax return as I believe it was done improperly (one t4 and very very easy) and when I inquired into it I was spoken to like I was stupid and told that my call was nothing but a waste of her time. Avoid this place and especially her at all costs.
