I'm disappointed with the service! I've been using this place for three years now. Every time, the same people look at me as if I'm there for the first time. They're completely indifferent to the customers. I'm paying for service I don't receive. The employees rolled their eyes at every request and reluctantly gave me minimal information. They quoted me one thing to get my taxes done and I go to pick them up and file them today and they’re asking significantly more. The woman who “helped” Dianne from the fist interaction when I dropped them off seemed miserable and not happy to be there and wasn’t very helpful. When I raised my concern about the cost today vs what I was told when I dropped them off a week ago, she said she never would have said that so I must be wrong, I was met with rudeness and a condescending tone. I don’t know what’s going on this year, but this place has really gone downhill. I’ve been coming here since 2013 for my personal taxes and never had a bad experience until this year. Both times I’ve dealt with Dianne, she’s been rude, short, and just unpleasant to deal with. I’m not sure if there’s new ownership or what changed, but something clearly has. The receptionist I dealt with was great, which just makes it more obvious that the issue is with management. Pretty disappointing overall. Hope they figure it out.
I have been going to the high river branch for approximately 15 years, and every year I swear I’m going to take my business elsewhere but clearly I’m a glutton for punishment because I end up just taking my stuff back there for convenience sake. I swear to God they specifically look for the crankiest, rudest, older women to work there because every single year I’m met with the same nasty attitudes.
Very efficient small branch. I worked with a few accountants that claimed to be the best, when they weren't while this H&R High River Branch just made sure to do their job and they did that magnificently in such a short time with a fair rates. Joy was the one that handled our file and we thank her for that. If I could give them even more stars I would.
