Very efficient small branch. I worked with a few accountants that claimed to be the best, when they weren't while this H&R High River Branch just made sure to do their job and they did that magnificently in such a short time with a fair rates. Joy was the one that handled our file and we thank her for that. If I could give them even more stars I would.

Update: The representative called me in an attempt to diminish my experience and get me to remove this review, not to clear up what happened. Explaining to me that it is on the client to present all of their info... so why am I paying your business to help me with my taxes then? Wild service experience, I'm very disappointed in their response to fair and honest criticism.
