Deeply disappointed with my experience here. I would assume my tax "expert" had never filed before. My files were quite simple but they seemed so confused by every step of the process and despite booking my appointment in english, there were no english speaking employees at this location. I hate to leave such a negative review but this was a waste of my time and money.
