booked tax service for me and my partner and they have the WORST SERVICE I've ever seen! They ghosted us for like 2 months and we called a lot of people, they kept saying they will get back to us and they NEVER! RUN if you want to file your tax return on time because they simply SUCKED!
They are very helpful with the whole process. I do like the company and their services, but the receptionist was very unprofessional when I tried to take an appointment. She seemed very apathetic and done with everything. The way she talked to me was also very dry. I’m not saying she should be all smiley and pretending to be happy or anything, but I do think there’s a level of professionalism that needs to be met for the receptionist of a company since they are the face of the company in a sense. Deeply disappointed with my experience here. I would assume my tax "expert" had never filed before. My files were quite simple but they seemed so confused by every step of the process and despite booking my appointment in english, there were no english speaking employees at this location. I hate to leave such a negative review but this was a waste of my time and money.
