À fuir! Nous avons fait nos déclarations 2023 et (bêtement) 2024 avec H&R. Une méconnaissance totale des règles d'impôts de la part des employés. Une organisation désastreuse. Nous avons dû revenir 2 fois pour finaliser. Mais le pire est que les nombreuses erreurs de H&R, nous ont couté pénalité et erreurs de cotisation de la part de l'ARC et de Revenu Québec. Un service à fuir ! Nous ne referons pas l'erreur de revenir en 2025.
Catastrophique. Fuyez! Le RDV a pris près de 2h30 parce que la femme qui s’occupait de moi n’avait aucune idée des procédures et devait faire appel à un collègue à chaque étape. Finalement, j’ai été facturée 243$ sous prétexte qu’il fallait encoder ma facture d’internet et d’hydro!!!

Hanh was fast and efficient, we had a bit of a misunderstanding at the beginning and everyone was quick to make amends. I got a walk-in even though it was really last minute.
