J’ai été faire mes impôts a cette endroit (c’était mes premières impôts) De 1, elle ne semblait pas comprendre que c’était ma première fois et que donc j’avais des questions, le service à la clientèle était désastreux (Très hautaine avec un air suffisant) des réactions inappropriées et n’avais pas l’aire de savoir ce qu’elle faisait. The worst h and r block I've ever been too completely unprofessional any info on your file they do not call to let you know good luck trying to get your income tax return in a timely manner you think there sending it electronically and but nope they decide to send it by the post office and don't even bother informing you if I could give this place 0 stars I would because they tell you one thing and do another there is alot of misinformation at this h and r block atleast this is my experience . J'ai été faire faire des impôts très simple par eux (étudiantes + emploi + reer) et non seulement, la personne ne semblait pas savoir ce qu'elle faisait/elle devait constamment demander l'aide de sa collègue, mais en plus, elle a failli me faire payer de l'impot que je ne devais même pas.
