Horrible Horrible experience, they submitted our papers super late, never reply any emails, never answer the phone. The person that was helping at the begging stopped working there and no one at HR Block had the professionalism to let us know and transfer us to another person. Many months later after many calls our taxes gpt filed super late and I had to pay interests and fees. Le suivi des dossiers est extrêmement lent et il faut rappeler sois même et insister.
Une étoile est déjà trop! La pire des expérience engeandrant de (multiples) problèmes. Nous avons apporté 5 rapports d'impôts qui devaient êtres faits (expressément). Nous avons eu a attendre deux mois et demi pour les récupérer!!! Une fois produits, on nous demandais le double de la somme à débourser. Si au moins ça avait été bien fait... mais non, d'autres problèmes pour modifier les erreurs. Nous avons eu à téléphoner je ne compte même plus le nombres de fois car c'est terrible.
