Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie. Plusieurs erreures importantes sur ma déclaration d'impôts. Ce qui m'occasionne des problèmes avec l'ARC, perte de temps, stress tout en ayant des frais d'intérêts importants. On paie pour des professionnels parce que l'on s'attend à un travail de qualité. Ce qui ne semble pas être le cas avec moi.
J'ai demandé à deux reprises pour qu'on me rappelle afin de poser certaines questions et valider que ma déclaration était conforme. On ne m'a jamais retourné mes appels, malgré que la personne qui a pris mon appel semblait comprendre mes interrogations.
Tu appelles et te raccroche au nez où il ne parle pas..
