They took over a month to file for me. I called them every week asking what the issue was they gave me different excuses every time and passed my file around to every incompetent worker they have employed there. Only to get nothing for a return and pay them over 100 bucks to fumble my personal information around for over a month. Unprofessional
I was happy with the tax prep done for me. Communication by reception was very poor. No call when documents were ready to pick up, improper internal forwarding of communications lead to me needing to re send documents that hadn’t gotten passed along. Poor communication at pickup as to what else they needed from me.
