Did not do their job, nothing was made the right way. Very bad communication, missing information on documents, very unprofessional. I do not recommend to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if I could. No communication, will never return calls or emails. I have no idea why H&R Block would allow her to use their name. Please take my advice and go elsewhere unless you wish to have problems for years like I am having.
