FIVE STAR service from Glen!! I brought him the most complicated taxes of my life and he made easy work of them and got me a far greater refund than I could have done on my own. I first started at a different HRB in Cochrane and was very disappointed with the price I was quoted and the vibe I got off the guy so I cancelled and left. Being a US citizen (living in Cold Lake), my taxes have always been a nightmare. I was finally referred to Roselyn Manalili. Let me tell you.. this woman is an angel sent from heaven! She is the most pleasant, easiest person to work with. She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does and communicates beautifully. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone.
Very frustrating to deal with. Originally, we were impressed because they were letting us know we could claim moving expenses, and what we needed. It helped us get a lot back that we didn’t know we could. But it took about 3 weeks to get finished, when we were told about a week. When we called, they said it was bouncing between staff in between clients. (Kind of thought I was a client. My bad) then the person that was working on ours went away and locked the file (what we were told) After the 3 weeks, we were told to come in... read more
