I was told that being single is the same as common law, so I had my taxes filled as single...put all my trust in this place and now I owe a bunch of money, have a bunch of penalties etc....H&R Block has a professional rep, but not in Hanover. Everything but professional. If your in Hanover and want to get your taxes done without hassle, I'd look literally anywhere else but here, Its not worth the trouble.
Was an extremely painless and super helpful visit to H&R will definitely be back highly recommended they really do go out of their way find everything your owed special thanks to Tracy for being super efficient and helpful and just a very pleasant person to talk thru everything with!
We had a great experience with Tracey. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. Her attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence that everything was done correctly. We really appreciated her professionalism and efficiency throughout the process.
