Unbelievably rude secretarial staff. Walk in and hand two signed documents needed to file my taxes and ask that they confirm the submission has been made. They roll their eyes say they have no idea what I'm talking about as if I'm from outer space instead of just doing their job and looking up the file or asking politely what needs to be done. Hello everyone. Just had a terrible experience with H&R. I have been attempting to complete my taxes myself. After trying to do so I realized I needed my notice of assessment and had to obtain it from them as they did my taxes for me last year. When you complete your taxes you are provided with that notice of assessment for free in the mail after you receive a refund usually. I had to pay for that notice of assessment at H&R block.
