Hello everyone. Just had a terrible experience with H&R. I have been attempting to complete my taxes myself. After trying to do so I realized I needed my notice of assessment and had to obtain it from them as they did my taxes for me last year. When you complete your taxes you are provided with that notice of assessment for free in the mail after you receive a refund usually. I had to pay for that notice of assessment at H&R block.
