They aren't what I thought at all. Hit me with $130 fee I thought it came off my return but they couldn't get me a return...the frustrating part is I'm a single father living paycheck to paycheck...I called ahead and made sure to get all the information I needed....they never mentioned that tho. Feeling like I got scammed and it sucks....just use turbo tax. You'll save the fees and it's actually faster
