My experience at this office was calm and my HR tax preparer did my taxes and went smooth .
Had an appointment Friday - was told I needed to come back with further paperwork with proof of retirement funds. Made a new appointment for me that following Monday. Called off work early to make this appointment and showed up to be told by front desk my tax rep had an emergency and cancelled. I understood to a degree, but I had no phone call or text notifying me at all. I will not be doing my taxes here again the entire time I was filing my taxes I was being Told that if I refer somebody I get a $300 Referral bonus upon completing my taxes and then recommending my mother to go there. I’m being told I’m being given $25 referral bonus not 300. Very misleading information will not return.
