Dianne raven did not do my taxes right. I went to another office to have amended and they are supposed to do for free and they billed me to have amended. This office follow up once I realized messed up I’m like really. I will give lake Mary good reviews to offer to fix once tax season finished. As I’m in healthcare and saw how this state rolls with mistakes on patients they make on basic stuff. Diane realized I’m not a for life client therefore she didn’t care. Dianne raven messed up my return knowing I’m a student didn’t ask for my tax form for interest on my school loan, don’t add my second 1099, and added income for business income without form 8995 not to mention I don’t have a business. Waste of my time and money. I have to have it amended. The lady that called to follow up was kind the newbie wanted to be all verbose and I hate being rude but cut him off cuz he answered my questions.
