I've been coming here for a few years now. I've had decent, really good, and uncomfortable experiences. This year, has not been one that will get me to call next year... Voice mail was full for over a week. When I came in for the appointment, the person i was with was interrupted at least 3 times. For less than than 15 minutes and interrupted several times..the price was...not worth the 15 minutes that was interrupted...multiple times.....it was not a comfortable experience
Nadia was extremely efficient and friendly. I would recommend her tax return services to anyone.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ever had in an accounting firm. I had a couple years to do since a medical condition kept me from the previous yrs getting done. Plus the front desk clerk was young and belonged in school. The clerk laughed as well as the lady (Nadia) who is clueless when I explained my business.
