Steve is great, use him every year!
Steve Moskun prepared our taxes this year. We have had them prepared by H&R Block in Indiana for several years, but this year we had them done here. Steve was new to me so I was a little stressed, however he made me feel at ease immediately. He explained everything he did in detail and was so helpful in answering my questions. I feel very confident having Steve prepare our taxes in the future.
I've been coming here for a few years now. I've had decent, really good, and uncomfortable experiences. This year, has not been one that will get me to call next year... Voice mail was full for over a week. When I came in for the appointment, the person i was with was interrupted at least 3 times. For less than than 15 minutes and interrupted several times..the price was...not worth the 15 minutes that was interrupted...multiple times.....it was not a comfortable experience
Nadia was extremely efficient and friendly. I would recommend her tax return services to anyone.
