This place really burned me to the ground by filing my taxes incorrectly resulting me to pay a couple of grand. Their response was “we will do your taxes for free the next time”.

Literally the worst service I have ever had. They are only open twice a week with hours that conflict probably most people’s work schedules. I have emailed, had two reply’s and then all of a sudden nobody has contacted me back for months to any emails. I tried to file my taxes a month in advance and due to lack of communication on their side, I couldn’t file my taxes this year.
