Literally the worst service I have ever had. They are only open twice a week with hours that conflict probably most people’s work schedules. I have emailed, had two reply’s and then all of a sudden nobody has contacted me back for months to any emails. I tried to file my taxes a month in advance and due to lack of communication on their side, I couldn’t file my taxes this year.
DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE!! They lost my tax return for over a month!! Failed to file and missed the deadline!! Clueless and condescending staff!! Brutal!!

First times I do my taxes in canada was super experience very professional very fast , big thank to Laura she will answer all you re question and she will give all support to have nice experiences, thank you to the team of hr block ♥️
Bad experience... they charged me more than expected for the minimum service. No more information, No more help, no more assistance than the minimum service you paid for. I would not recommnd and find an other place to do my tax next year
