This place is absolute trash and a waste of time. Our appointment was at 10 we waited until 11:15!!! They completed screwed us and our day on the last day to do taxes. We had to go home and file an extension because they completed LIED and wasted our time. Stay far away from this pathetic place. If you cannot even coordinate appointments then you can’t do my taxes correctly. Appointment was made a week in advance to show up and your 2 hours behind at 10am already?
