No one on one interaction was stuck waiting outside the building all day. I came in at an early time expecting to not have to wait all day longest I ever had to wait for someone to get my taxes done not worth it at the end of it allÂ
I was amazed by the professional , friendly and timely service provided. Shauna and I dropped off our paper work on our way to go bowling and Myra had it completed upon our return. Carmelle collected our information upon our arriving . She's bilingual and a complete hoot.Â
Horrible I didnt even get to speak to anyone.... they did it while I was gone to an appointment. Never going back again!Â
