By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at an HR Block. It took well over a month for them to file for me. Not once was I able to contact someone to answer questions nor did I receive a return call after leaving a message on multiple occasions. To top it off after reviewing the return there was a tax credit that was not filed. I’ve used H and R at another location before and was extremely pleased with their level of professionalism. No one on one interaction was stuck waiting outside the building all day. I came in at an early time expecting to not have to wait all day longest I ever had to wait for someone to get my taxes done not worth it at the end of it all
I was amazed by the professional , friendly and timely service provided. Shauna and I dropped off our paper work on our way to go bowling and Myra had it completed upon our return. Carmelle collected our information upon our arriving . She's bilingual and a complete hoot.
