Wonderful place to get taxes done quickly and efficientlyÂ
Don't know ...still haven't heard back from them yet ....Â
2 years in a row I've paid them to do my taxes, then gave them part of my refund to get it the same day...2 years in a row, I get a letter saying "a keypunch error occured", and that I owe them money. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't know it was a lie. Jennifer is awsome, she was extra super dilligent to make sure it was keyed properly after being told there was an error last year - but lo and behold, even with a significant difference in income and donations...I owe the exact same amount. I found these women very unprofessional, they screwed up a simple return and inconvenienced my life quite much, id bring your taxes anywhere else.Â
