Anna the girl on the phone to confirm appointment is extremely rude. Doesn’t want to listen to what I was saying. Advised that I booked the appointment for two people. Told her that the appointment booking took only asks how many people are coming and I put 2. She said that you did not even put his name. Like come on fix the website or fix Anna. Now she’s left me wandering whether both of our taxes can be done the same day. Really rude doesn’t know how to deal with clients.

Found out my return and my husband's had been still sitting there and not sent after 3 weeks. No phone call returned from them. I found out by calling Canada revenue.

She gives you fol... read more

(They asked me to come back and have the manager handle it) I have had no problems doing the exact same thing previously with this location. Second visit I spent 2 hours watching people walk in and get helped before me, most of which were walk ins. They made eye contact with me, and made it ... read more
