DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She has this attitude towards everyone, including the staff she works with. The staff themselves lack communication, English is clearly not most of their first language and it makes it even harder to understand. They will attempt to charge you a CRAZY HIGH UPFRONT PAYMENT. Trash crew and service, very rude
Do not use this location if you value your time. Booked an appointment and spent an hour in the store dealing with inexperienced staff that couldn’t handle a basic single T4 tax return forcing me to walk out and return the following day. (They asked me to come back and have the manager handle it) I have had no problems doing the exact same thing previously with this location. Worst experience EVER. Poor communication. Inexperienced workers. Took 3 hours for a pretty simple return. Couldn’t complete the return after the 3 hours due to tech issues in the end, was told I would be contacted back the next day, nothing. Called numerous times to only be brushed away. Don’t go here. Side note the lady at reception is amazing and accommodating.
My experiences have been very pleasant each time i come to this location. Jennifer Delacruz is a wonderful tax preparer she is so professional and friendly. I will be here again. 🙂
