If I could give zero stars I would. Basically my husband and I went to file together as a married couple for the first time and we had each missed a year. My husband 2 years of filing. Which was our fault but we had never had a problem previous years filing in yorktons h and r block even missing years. So we scheduled our appointment and yes they were very busy and we could see that and there were only 2 workers. But we go in and we find out my husband needs to update his revenue Canada account.
