So because of a miscommunication between me and the accountant I was dealing with... the Karen of a manager handed me my paperwork and said go somewhere else..lovely country courtesy and fellowship... would never go there again and will never reccomend anyone else to do the same... And to add to this... you said your manager would contact me... no one did .. I sent the owner an email and no one replied.. I wish there was a zero star option...

I tend to deal and give my business to H and R block in Steinbach over the years with my taxes. This year I was given the run around due to lack of competence and was treated with rudeness, and lack of professionalism. Will not give my business to them again.

Lisa Martin completed my tax papers and was a delight to interact with. She has great communication. I also got more back for less of a fee compared to my previous tax man. Highly recommend!
