Have been a customer for many years with Susan Hicks at the Manchester location. One couldn't ask for a better tax preparer, highly recommend.
We made an appointment at 4:30 for an hour. Once we arrived Fredrick told us he didn’t have time do anything with our taxes. Fredrick was every rude and did not listen to what we needed.
