I called today to ask about personal tax filing. I asked "Do the people doing your taxes have any specific training or designation?" - NO "Then how is their work monitored for accuracy" - CLIENT'S COMPLAINTS OR CRA FINDS ISSUE. She said 'rest assured if those outside parties find problems, we don't invite them back'. I don't know about you but that sounds like a terrible policy.
