They did my taxes wrong and I paid for it…… told me to expect $1500 back and I got a letter saying it was filed wrong and I owed $360…… plus a fee for filing it wrong.

We had our taxes filed at the HnR Block, Acton Canada office. The tax expert Mrs. AliSantokie was a well of information. She was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Will be going back there every year.
Mir, Humayun was great help in explaining everything explicitly and taking us through each and every step in detail. The transparency and communication was unprecedented let alone the guaranteed maximized return (which they live up to). Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you for the great customer service and bringing ignorant people like me up to speed about taxes.
