I had a great experience at the H&R Block, located at 6366 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212. Ms. Cassandra is an awesome person with an amazing attitude. She takes her time to explain things to you. She is a great person. And the price to do my Income Taxes were fair. I have no complaints. Kudo to Ms. Cassandra. Peace and blessings always🥰🥰🥰

I had my taxes done at H&R Block and was disappointed with the lack of transparency around pricing. I wasn’t clearly told what the total cost would be upfront, and there was no clear breakdown of fees. By the time I saw the final price, it felt too late to back out. For a relatively simple return, the cost felt excessive. I’d recommend asking for a full price estimate before agreeing to anything or consider going somewhere else to avoid surprises.

Awful. CJones, a senior preparer, at the Towson MD office missed including mortgage in my return. I; dropped it off to be amended. She doesn’t return my call, doesn’t honor the appointment call, doesn’t email, completely ghosted me and left me without the entire filing packet or following up. Unprofessional; negligent. Buried her own mistake. Go anywhere else.
