Their appointments with the tax people online are VERY inaccurate and not available. I made multiple appointments and every time I would call this location to confirm it they said that tax person isn’t even there that day. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Also the front desk staff is extremely rude. Sticking with turbo tax.
